Morning Glory Psychiatry and Wellness: Website Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 12, 2026

This policy describes how the Morning Glory Psychiatry and Wellness website (morningglorypsychiatry.com) collects and uses information about visitors. It applies only to this website. It does not cover clinical care. Health information you share with Morning Glory Psychiatry and Wellness as a patient is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices and is handled through a separate, HIPAA-compliant communication platform, never through this website.

What we collect

The website collects only two kinds of information:

  1. Waitlist form submissions. The site's only form is a waitlist form. It collects your name and email address, nothing else. Please do not include clinical, health, or insurance information in the form; it is not designed or intended to receive it.
  2. Basic usage data. Our website host, Squarespace, provides built-in analytics that collect basic technical and usage information (such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and referral source). We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics or advertising tools.

How we use it

  • Waitlist information is used for one purpose: to contact you when Morning Glory Psychiatry and Wellness opens to new patients and to share launch updates relevant to the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create a provider-patient relationship.
  • Usage data is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not export the waitlist to third-party marketing tools.

Cookies

Squarespace, our website platform, sets a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to function and, if analytics cookies are accepted, to measure site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through any cookie banner the site presents. Blocking cookies may affect basic site functionality but will not prevent you from reading the site.

Service providers

We use two service providers to operate the website and the waitlist:

  • Squarespace hosts the website, processes form submissions, and provides the built-in analytics described above.
  • Google Workspace provides our business email on the morningglorypsychiatry.com domain, where waitlist information may be stored and where we correspond with you if you write to us.

These providers process information on our behalf to deliver these services. Each has its own privacy practices governing its infrastructure. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.

Data retention

We keep waitlist information until the waitlist has served its purpose (you become a patient, you ask to be removed, or the waitlist is retired), and then we delete it. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to Squarespace's standard retention practices.

Your choices and rights

  • You can ask us at any time to remove you from the waitlist and delete your name and email. Contact us using the information below and we will do so promptly.
  • You can ask us what information we hold about you from this website, and ask us to correct it.
  • California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law with respect to personal information. Given the minimal data this site collects, the practical scope of those rights here is access, correction, and deletion of your waitlist entry, all of which we honor on request.

Children's privacy

Morning Glory Psychiatry and Wellness serves adults (18+), and this website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through the site, contact us and we will delete it.

Not for emergencies or clinical communication

This website is informational. Do not use the waitlist form or website email to send medical information or to seek care. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change (for example, if we add new forms or analytics tools), we will update this policy and its effective date before the change takes effect.
